Note that cut fabric, wallpaper and all other made-to-order items are non-refundable as they are produced just for you. Please order swatches before placing your final order to avoid any confusion. For any questions contact us at info@tommabloom.com
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
